KLUSTER tempat kerja dan komuniti antara yang tersenarai dalam 23 kluster baharu Covid-19 yang dikesan oleh Kementerian Kesihatan hari ini, kata Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah. Ketua pengarah kesihatan berkata kluster tempat kerja mendominasi senarai dengan 13 kluster sementara 10 yang lain berpunca dari jangkitan komuniti.
