The process of vaccinating 80 percent of Negeri Sembilan’s 849,400 residents eligible to be inoculated is expected to be completed in October, with 20,000 doses of vaccine jabs to be administered daily from next month, said National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme Coordinating Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.
He said the state is scheduled to receive a total of 600,000 doses of vaccines next month, with an increase in the number of vaccination centres , including industrial PPV, in the state...
Don't think anyone can give assurance about achieving the vaccination target if the delivery date of the vaccines are still uncertain! If any, it's just a best guesstimation! Don't mind to be proven wrong though!
Khairykj If we've rejected the AZ & get a Pfizer or Sinovac 1 mth later, we'll be fully vaccinated faster and well protected 1.5 mths earlier and perhaps allowed to travel interstate earlier. Please prove me wrong. BTW, is there a way out of this?
Khairykj If people are not fully vaccinated, 2 doses, it's no big deal. If I knew AZ's gap is 10~12weeks, I would've rejected it. It's puzzling why they develop a vaccine that need such long lapse in between doses, knowing the virus is spreading & mutating at lighning speeds.
