Bertindak melalui aduan yang diterima, seramai 46 anggota Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai , Polis Diraja Malaysia dan Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah mengadakan pemeriksaan terhadap kilang berkenaan pada 11 malam hingga 12.30 tengah malam tadi.

"Notis kompaun kedua pula dikeluarkan mengikut Subseksyen Peraturan 9 Peraturan Peraturan Makanan 1985 iaitu menyedia atau mengiklankan untuk jualan makanan yang tidak mempunyai label," katanya.
"MBSP bertanggungjawab mengadakan pemantauan PKPP bagi memastikan semua premis yang beroperasi mematuhi prosedur operasi standard yang ditetapkan dan ia akan diteruskan dari semasa ke semasa.
