KERAJAAN menghormati keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi yang menjatuhkan hukuman penjara dan denda ke atas pemandu wanita terbabit nahas basikal lajak lima tahun lalu di Johor Bahru selepas disabitkan kesalahan baru-baru ini. Menteri Pengangkutan Wee Ka Siong berkata masyarakat perlu memahami Malaysia mempunyai tiga cabang kuasa iaitu penggubalan undang-undang di Parlimen, kuasa eksekutif di pihak kerajaan dan yang terakhir sistem kehakiman.
