Johor Menteri Besar Hasni Mohammad says no group will be left behind as the state revives its economy.
Menteri Besar Hasni Mohammad said the allocation is especially important for small and medium enterprises in the manufacturing sector, which is one of the biggest contributors to Johor’s economy. “We will meet with the finance ministry to explain why we need the allocation,” he told reporters after chairing the IJEC meeting, which lasted three hours.
Hasni said the discussions will provide guidance for the preparation of the 2021 Johor budget, which will be tabled in the state assembly later this year.
