JOHOR BARU: Those intending to write greeting cards to the Johor Ruler to wish him Hari Raya should not be surprised if they get a personal reply from him.

This year, Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar will personally reply Hari Raya greeting cards sent to him by well-wishers of all races in Johor and from throughout the country.

“I would be happy to receive Hari Raya greetings and well-wishes from 'Bangsa Johor' and all other Malaysians, which I will respond to personally,” he said in a posting on his official Facebook page.Sultan Ibrahim believes the traditional practice of exchanging greeting cards during festive occasions was a great way to bring people together in the true spirit of unity, harmony and solidarity.
