JOHOR menerusi Perbadanan Kemajuan Perumahan Johor akan menjadikan pelaksanaan konsep pembangunan Lembaga Perumahan dan Pembangunan Singapura sebagai antara penanda aras dalam perancangan perumahan mampu milik yang komprehensif di setiap daerah di negeri itu. Menteri Besar Onn Hafiz Ghazi berkata bagi tujuan itu, PKPJ perlu melakukan tindakan drastik dengan memiliki pangkalan data perancangan pembangunan perumahan terperinci dan berfokus bersama agensi lain seperti pihak berkuasa tempatan, Kementerian Kewangan, Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia, Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Desa serta pihak bank.
