SEBANYAK 8,376 kes penyakit tangan, kaki dan mulut dilaporkan di Johor sejak 1 Januari lalu hingga semalam, peningkatan sebanyak 79 kali ganda berbanding 106 kes bagi tempoh sama tahun lalu. Pengerusi jawatankuasa kesihatan dan perpaduan negeri Ling Tian Soon berkata kebanyakan kes berlaku dalam kalangan kanak-kanak berusia bawah 6 tahun iaitu 7,214 kes, diikuti 7 hingga 12 tahun dan bakinya 13 tahun ke atas.
