Mengikut pertuduhan berkenaan, tertuduh yang bekerja sebagai pembantu jualan didakwa merogol anak perempuannya yang berusia 16 tahun lapan bulan pada 27 Februari, 22 Mac dan 21 April 2019 antara jam 2 hingga 2.30 pagi di rumah mereka di Taman Bukit Larang Indah, Melaka. Terdahulu, Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Lee Wai Yee yang mengendalikan pendakwaan memohon hukuman berat dikenakan ke atas tertuduh, mengambil kira mangsa adalah anak kandung dan remaja itu kini trauma.
