Another problem with online learning is the loss of nurturing from being face-to-face with teachers and friends. My issue is the inability to measure students engagement. 20 students with different learning styles, the challenge is to tailor lessons to fit individual needs. Fortunately many parents are supportive. But 4 strugglers, it's frustrating I can't help more bcoz of the limitations. Nothing can beat face-to-face - explaination & illustration learning. Fyi, Online e-learning. is good as workaround, not as replacement , Should create e-learning videos for self-learning & revision at home to help students..( IE good quality & standards e-learning for all)
