HRD Corp previously known as Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

The Human Resource Development Corporation will function as the central agency for all human capital development programmes, said Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob.The prime minister said the government will also place all upskilling and reskilling training programmes.
