The Run, Walk, Crawl for Rangers competition invites fitness enthusiasts from around the world to track their steps on their smart devices for a whole month in September. Competitors will then get the chance to win exciting prizes worth over US$20,000 . The foundation was set up in 2013 in Chiang Rai primarily to help Thailand’s “street begging elephants” or elephants that are no longer able to fend for themselves in the wild, so they search for food in the villages and towns instead. Since then, the foundation has branched out to support and help other conservation projects in South-East Asia and Africa.

The National Security Council recently announced that dining in is now allowed in states under Phase One of the National Recovery Plan. This service is only available for adults who are fully vaccinated, and kids under 18 who are accompanied by their fully vaccinated parents.
