“Saya memikirkan unit yang belum dijual di pasaran mewah, kini bernilai RM100 bilion. Jadi, saya fikir kita mahu menganjurkan kempen HOC di China atau Hong Kong. “Kita boleh menarik pelabur untuk membeli rumah di sini kerana unit di sini lebih murah daripada yang dijual di Hong Kong, yang berharga kira-kira RM3 juta untuk hanya 250 meter persegi,” katanya memetik laporan portal The Star Online di sini hari ini.
Jelas Zuraida, beliau akan mendapatkan kelulusan daripada Kabinet selepas berbincang mengenai perkara itu dengan Menteri Pelancongan, Seni dan Budaya, Datuk Mohamaddin Ketapi. - UTUSAN ONLINE
