High Court throws out push for judicial review of Covid vaccine

THE High Court in Kuala Lumpur has overturned a ruling by the Court of Arbitration to allow 10 people dissatisfied with their Covid-19 vaccination to file for a judicial review of the government’s national immunisation policy.

Judge Amarjeet Singh dismissed the application after he was satisfied that the Court of Arbitration had no jurisdiction to register the award. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription. Sign-up now and enjoy one week free access!
