PKR vice-president Tian Chua says ‘whole mess’ will not have started if PH leaders had supported Mahathir in carrying out his ‘grand plan to reconstruct the country and strengthen the economy’.
He said the “whole mess” would not have started if PH leaders had supported interim Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamed’s “grand plan to reconstruct the country and strengthen the economy”.“As a result, Malaysians have had to experience one whole week of chaos and uncertainties,” he told FMT. “Anwar Ibrahim and other top political leaders should also apologise to Muhyiddin for putting him in a difficult position.
Tian Chua, the former Batu MP, further called on all MPs to allow Mahathir and Muhyiddin to iron out matters after this difficult episode and asked everyone to support the next prime minister chosen by the Yang-di-Pertuan Agong.“He has set the condition that he would only take up the premership if everyone accepts his condition, that is to work with everyone, except Umno.
