kualalumpur SYARIKAT pengendali e-hailing, Grab menyambut baik pengumuman dibuat Menteri Pengangkutan, Anthony Loke Siew Fook berhubung pendekatan ‘soft landing’ diambil bagi pelaksanaan peraturan baru e-hailing yang sepatutnya berkuat kuasa hari ini.

Grab menerusi satu kenyataan berkata, keputusan dibuat itu adil untuk semua pihak terutama pemandu dan pengguna perkhidmatan berkenaan.

“Justeru, kami fikir ini adalah satu keputusan adil oleh Menteri walaupun ada pihak mempertikaikan dan mendakwa pemandu kami sengaja memberi alasan serta membuat permohonan pada saat akhir walaupun diberi tempoh 12 bulan untuk menyelesaikannya,” kata kenyataan itu. “Sejak bermulanya pelbagai proses dari pertengahan April, kebanyakan tenaga kerja kami lebih tertumpu dalam menyelesaikan soal berkaitan kekangan kapasiti termasuk mengatur dewan peperiksaan besar untuk mengelak kepadatan di sekolah memandu dan menyelaraskan permohonan PSV bagi diserahkan kepada JPJ untuk diproses.

As a female customer. I 1 2 feel safe when I take an e hailing ride. I demand all Grab drivers & E Hailing Drivers take it serious & abide by d Govt regulations. It's a win win situation 4 both party. YB anthonyloke make sure customers' safety comes 1st & regulate all taxis.
