GPS governed Sarawak without outside influence, Abang Jo says

GPS chairman Abang Johari Abang Openg says development efforts can be realised only if the coalition continues to be given the mandate to govern Sarawak. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, December 8, 2021.

GABUNGAN Parti Sarawak has successfully governed the state according to its own mould and without having to refer to any party at the federal level, said chairman Abang Johari Abang Openg. Sarawak has gone through many experiences in its political journey at both state and federal levels in the 58 years of independence, and these experiences have made the state more mature, he added.
