Katanya, seterusnya mangsa akan disambungkan kepada operator di pusat panggilan yang menyamar sebagai agensi penguat kuasa dan agensi kerajaan atau Pos Malaysia sebelum mangsa diperdaya sudah melakukan kesalahan menyalahi undang-undang. Ayob berkata, aplikasi digunakan sindiket berkenaan kemudian akan mendapatkan semua maklumat dalam telefon bimbit mangsa terutama nombor Transaction Authorization Code akaun bank mangsa yang akan digunakan untuk memindahkan wang dari akaun bank mangsa.
