MCA loses confidence in Zahid's leadership, wants his resignation as Barisan head

"Ahmad Zahid should resign gracefully so that a new leader can take over and set a new direction for the coalition.

According to Chong, MCA was shocked that the Barisan supreme council meeting scheduled for Sunday night was postponed by Ahmad Zahid.
