: The High Court here today was told that members of SRC International Sdn Bhd’s board of directors who refused to abide by minutes containing advice from former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak would be removed or asked to resign.
Ismee: It is hypothetical now. Either the board members would have to step down or we would be removed. When re-examined by ad hoc prosecutor Datuk V. Sithambaran, the witness said there was no statement taken by the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission over the issue of forged signature in a document.
In answering Muhammad Shafee’s question on whether he had given any information to the former prime minister for further action, Ismee replied “No.”To another question, Ismee said he would not have accepted the appointment to become a board member if he knew about issues of dishonesty concerning the company’s then CEO, Nik Faisal Ariff Kamil.
