Mentri Besar Datuk Hasni Mohammad said the matter would be brought to the state government’s executive council meeting for discussion and approval on Wednesday .

"This is aimed to help the flood victims in Johor, on top of the cash assistance of RM1,000 for heads of households and RM10,000 for the next of kin of deceased flood victims as announced by the Federal Government recently," he said. Hasni thanked the Defence Ministry and the other federal and state agencies involved in the flood rescue and management of victims at six districts in Johor that were affected by floods.
