KUCHING: The postponement of the second reading of a Bill to amend provisions in the Federal Constitution to be in line with the Malaysia Agreement 1963 ( MA63 ) in Parliament, would leave a bad taste in the mouth of most Sarawak ians, according to a DAP state representative.
