“The cases under the Fisheries Act were for having in possession explosives-related materials and equipment, such as detonators, ammonia fertiliser, compressors and other devices to catch fish using explosives.
“Semporna recorded the highest cases with 13, followed by Kota Kinabalu as well as Kudat and Lahad Datu ,” he said in a statement.
