A group of durian farmers have condemned the Pahang state government's "bragging" of its move to cut down 15,000 disputed durian trees in nine days in Raub.
Save Musang King Alliance president Wilson Chang said enforcement by the Pahang Forestry Department had caused added hardship to the lives of farmers.
In Palestine, invaders being the arrogant smug they are, cut down Palestinians olive trees and brag about it. In Malaysia Raub, encroachers, accusing owner of the land of “bragging” for having the illegals trees demolished. TF 🤌🏻
Obviously one will brag if he catch a group of high fly robbers !

Put in jail those who encroach forest reserve. Together with the ones that gave and received bribes. No room for apology. Law must be upheld.

In any case the Royal company comes out tops. Govt loses court case state govt ie. rakyat will pay rakyat. Anyway Royal co gets the land.
Since all is cut, all lost, seal the place and do so for all other similar 'illegal' land to show impartiality. It will look scandalous if somebody get license to plant there. So next season, no durian for everybody and also for export. Good job.
Its illegal farm, they cut forest reserves to plant durian. What do you expect?
