The lifts at the luxury Five Stones Condominium according to the residents break down more than “four times a week”.
Its managing director Sarkunan Subramaniam said the property was “handed over” to the joint management body in mid May 2016.Sarkunan said KF had nothing to do with the installation as well as the servicing of the lifts prior to that. “Whilst the maintenance is carried out on schedule, the lifts have seen unscheduled breakdowns regularly since the day we took over,” he said in a statement.
“We at Knight Frank have worked tirelessly with the JMB and management corporation in trying to resolve the issue of the lift breaking down. This is not because of poor management by us.”
