At the handover ceremony at SK Taman Kepong recently, Eco World Foundation chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said the foundation believed education was key to helping special needs students become independent individuals.
Lee said the vibrant colours of the furniture would stimulate the children’s brains. The new desks, chairs and computers were delivered to the school last month.Present at the ceremony were Eco World Foundation trustees Tan Sri Mohd Radzi Sheikh Ahmad and Philip Mathews, its chief executive officer Captain Datuk Liew Siong Sing and SK Taman Kepong headmaster Halimi Md Rasip.
