Pengarah KPDNHEP Johor, Mohd Hairul Anuar Bohro berkata, pemilik premis terbabit didapati melakukan kesalahan mengikut Seksyen 11 Akta Kawalan Harga dan Antipencatutan 2011 iaitu menjual apa-apa barangan terkawal dengan harga yang tinggi dari harga kawalan.
Katanya, susulan penularan wabak Koronasvirus Baharu, permintaan terhadap penutup mulut dan hidung meningkat. “Sehingga hari ini, KPDNHEP Negeri Johor menjalankan sebanyak 135 pemeriksaan dan mengesan dua 2 kes melanggar Akta kawalan Harga dan Antipencatutan 2011 di sekitar Kulai dan Johor Bahru,” katanya.
Pembedahan/perubatan dua lapisan gelung telinga berharga RM8 sekotak pada harga borong dan RM10 atau RM0.20 sen seunit pada harga runcit.
