PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has reiterated his stance that he is ready for a debate with Lim Guan Eng on the government's cabotage policy with a date set by TV3 producers on Nov 2.

"Oh dear, what is wrong with Lim Guan Eng?

"If he wants to debate with me, I am okay with it. From back then, I am alright with it, I have never refused and I have never not turned up ."TV3 producers have also contacted my office and suggested Nov 2. I immediately told them 'Ok!'," he said in a Facebook post Sunday . "There is no need for Lim to create stories that a WhatsApp group was set up with him, Azhar and me. Why would I want to create this WhatsApp group? Don't I have other work to do?" he said.He added that he was ready for a debate, noting that they should honour the date suggested by TV3 producers.

"If this date is not suitable, then we can change the date to whenever Lim is free. I am okay with debating even after Nov 2," he said.
