Jelasnya, langkah itu diambil bagi memenuhi mandat yang diberikan untuk mengurangkan komitmen kerajaan.
“Kita dapati ada cara lain dalam undang-undang yang boleh mencegah penyalahgunaan dadah, atau pengedaran dadah, maka kita akan pinda undang-undang,” katanya.
