JOHOR BARU: The Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry has warned traders, especially around the city area, not to increase their prices and take advantage of Singaporeans who have travelled here under the land Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL-Land).

Its Johor director Mohd Hairul Anuar Bohro said the ministry would continue to carry out frequent checks and surveillance to ensure this does not happen, which will burden local consumers even more.

He urged consumers to forward their complaints to the Ministry immediately if they come across any traders who hike up their prices.
