Pertuduhan ketiga hingga keenam pula, Hairul Rohman bersama seorang penganggur, Kamarulbarin Ab Karim, 44, didakwa dengan curang menipu PPN Melaka dengan menyediakan baucer palsu bagi projek menurap jalan, menaik taraf dan pembinaan jalan serta longkang di sekitar negeri ini berjumlah RM175,000 antara 26 Julai dan 20 Disember 2011.
