This is stupid on so many levels. It's no competitive, if a player wants to leave then they should without being penalized.
It’s just an absolute joy being a player in a higher skill bracket in a season where a few large unfun maps are heavily weighted, so I get harder laggier less fun matches, on big maps nobody likes, and if any of us leave we get banned. Feeling the love, Bungie!
Just don't leave games early? And if your internet is bad, don't join them at all
