KAMPAR: Don't ignore that cough or sneeze. Go for immediate check up if you have symptoms of Covid-19, says Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon.

In advising teachers and students, the Deputy Education Minister said this also applied to those with less than 92% blood oxygen saturation level.

"Not only is this for students, but also members of the public to continue adhering to the standard operating procedure set by the Health Ministry," he told reporters after officiating a fundraising event for the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman Hospital at UTAR’s Dewan Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik, here on Saturday .

Dr Mah added that with various Covid-19 variants including Omicron, it was important for everyone to remain extra careful.
