'Cancellation of emergency ordinances won't affect Act 342 to prevent infectious disease.'

The Health Ministry has clarified that Covid-19 restrictions will remain in place even after the current state of emergency expires. This comes amid confusion among some members of the public on what the emergency’s expiry after Aug 1 would mean.
