kuantan Latihan kecergasan selama sejam setiap hari di kawasan rumah dilakukan pemain tengah Melaka United (MU) Ahmad Syamim Yahya ketika negara sedang melalui Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) berikutan wabak Covid-19.

Katanya, walaupun tidak dapat turun ke padang namun dia tetap perlu mengadakan latihan dalam usaha mengekalkan kecergasan bagi menghadapi saingan Liga Super yang masih belum pasti tarikh sebenarnya.

“Saya perlu kuatkan semangat dan disiplin sepanjang tempoh PKP, latihan kecergasan perlu dilakukan sekurang-kurangnya sejam sehari menggunakan pelbagai cara seperti mengangkat bebanan, berlari setempat, melompat dan beberapa pergerakan lain.
