Covid-19: Enam kes baharu termasuk lima kes di Kedah

Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata, daripada jumlah itu, satu kes adalah kes import yang mendapat jangkitan di Singapura membabitkan individu bukan warganegara dilaporkan di Selangor.

"Manakala kelima-lima kes penularan dalam negara dikesan di Kedah iaitu tiga kes daripada Kluster Tawar, satu kes Severe Acute Respiratory Infection di Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah dan satu lagi kes membabitkan saringan bergejala di HSB, Alor Setar," katanya dalam kenyataan media harian Covid-19 di Kuala Lumpur, hari ini.

Dr Noor Hisham berkata, terdapat sembilan kes positif Covid-19 sedang dirawat di unit rawatan rapi dengan enam kes memerlukan bantuan pernafasan. Beliau berkata, tujuh kes dilaporkan pulih hari ini menjadikan jumlah kumulatif kes pulih adalah 8,978 kes atau 96.6 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan. "Tiada pertambahan kes kematian berkaitan Covid-19 dilaporkan pada hari ini yang menjadikan jumlah kumulatif kes kematian kekal sebanyak 125 kes," katanya.
