Selain itu, AS menjadi negara pertama meluluskan penggunaan vaksin dengan teknologi mRNA bagi kanak-kanak seawal usia enam bulan. Namun, vaksin tersebut memerlukan kelulusan lanjut daripada Pusat Kawalan dan Pencegahan Penyakit AS. Dalam pada itu, Biden memaklumkan, ibu bapa boleh membuat temu janji seawal minggu depan untuk membolehkan anak mereka divaksin di hospital, klinik, atau farmasi.
