putrajaya KKM mengesan sembilan individu mempunyai kontak rapat dengan seorang penuntut UUM yang disahkan positif jangkitan Covid-19.

Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan, Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata, semua individu terbabit sudah diasingkan dan diarah menjalani perintah kuarantin selama 14 hari.

"Berdasarkan siasatan, kita difahamkan dalam kalangan pelajar ada pendedahan dengan pengusaha kantin dan sebagainya, walaupun mereka dikurung untuk tempoh 28 hari di kampus masing-masing. "Pengusaha kantin ada kalanya keluar masuk dan mereka boleh membawa jangkitan, jadi itu satu kemungkinan ," katanya dalam sidang media harian Covid-19 di Putrajaya, hari ini.Terdahulu, media melaporkan seorang penuntut UUM dikesan positif Covid-19.

Penuntut terbabit dikatakan menjalani ujian saringan Covid-19 dikendalikan di kampus universiti berkenaan sebelum dipindahkan ke Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah dan ditempatkan di pusat kuarantin.
