Justice Abdul Karim Abdul Jalil, who chaired a three-man panel, said that evidence before the court had clearly showed that the monies originated from SRC International and deposited into the Pekan MP's bank account.
The judge, in his decision in the SRC International appeal filed by Najib, was touching on an issue raised during the trial; whether the RM42mil was indeed the property of the company. "RM27mil, RM5mil and RM10mil was transferred into the appellant's account and utilised by the appellant ," he said.
