UMNO lawyer Mohd Hafarizam Harun today succeeded in his application to have a RM15 million money-laundering case against him transferred from the sessions court to the High Court.
Judge Collin Lawrence Sequerah made the decision after hearing submissions from both sides today, with the defence making the application under Section 417 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
