KUALA LUMPUR: Police are not ruling out the possibility that the incident where P. Prabakaran's MPV was pelted with eggs is related to recent calls for him to step down as Batu MP, says Comm Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim.

"We hope those with information can come forward as soon as possible," he told reporters when met at a mass wedding ceremony involving police personnel held at the Police Training Centre on Sunday .

"The parking area itself has no CCTV but we will look around nearby," Comm Mazlan said, adding that police are also investigating the motive of the incident.
