KUANTAN : Police here have arrested 10 people - including three Vietnamese women - while they were engrossed in"pai kaw" gambling in some bushes in Kampung Baru Penjom, Lipis on Wednesday
"Police spotted them gathered around a folding table when they arrived at the scene. Some tried to escape into the surrounding jungle, but were caught. Three dice and RM2,539 in cash were found on the table,” he said in a statement on Thursday .
