Contractor loses RM60,000 in bid for RM250,000 loan

A CONTRACTOR has lodged a police report claiming he lost RM60,000, which he paid to a money-lender, but whom he thinks is actually an ah long , purportedly as a processing fee for a RM250,000 loan.

Pahang commercial crime investigation department head Supt Mohd Wazir Mohd Yusof said the 28-year-old victim claimed he received a call last month from the individual offering him a loan.
