MELAKA: The state government has set up a committee to shore up the coastal erosion problem washing over Melaka's beaches, says Datuk Seri Idris Haron .
Idris said the situation has also threatened the livelihoods of fishermen as well as people living in coastal areas. Apart from Pantai Puteri, Telok Gong, Kota Supai and Kampung Tengah are also badly affected by the coastal erosion.
