Dah ada contoh, Menteri pun dikira pejawat awam jugak, gaji dibayar Kerajaan, langgar SOP tapi hanya dikenakan denda. Kerja x kena buang, gaji jalan, penjara pun x masuk. Jadi, penanda aras bagi pejawat awam yg langgar SOP tu ikut mcm Menteri la kan?
