Chow says no issues with supply of booster doses in Penang

Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow says the state is not facing any shortage of Covid-19 booster dose supplies. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, January 14, 2022.

THERE is no supply problem with Covid-19 vaccine for booster doses in the state as there was during the dispensing of the first and second doses, Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said. He urged Penangites to get a booster dose as medical studies at this stage found that the vaccine was still an effective protector should one become infected with the virus.
