YANGON: Two Chinese foundations, the Jack Ma Foundation and the Alibaba Foundation, have donated medical supplies to Myanmar to help combat Covid-19 (coronavirus) outbreak in the country.

With the help of the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar, the two foundations donated medical supplies including N95 masks and test kits to Myanmar at an event on Monday .

"Under the cooperation between the two countries, we believe that we can overcome the pandemic," she added."We, Ministry of Health and Sports Myanmar, really appreciate it," Director General Dr Thar Tun Kyaw of Union Minister's Office of Health and Sports Ministry said.
