Child's remains found in Bukit Putus murder investigation

SEREMBAN: The skeletal remains of a child were uncovered as police dig deeper into the murder of a 29-year-old woman who was found dead in a ravine in Bukit Putus over two weeks ago.

Seremban OCPD Asst Comm Nanda Maarof said police found a skull and several bones which they believe belonged to a girl who had been reported missing."The forensic and pathology teams are now probing to establish this,” he told reporters when met at the scene near Taman Bukit Zamrud.

Three people, including two brothers aged 41 and 44, along with an 18-year-old girl were arrested two days after the woman's body was discovered in a ravine at KM14 Jalan Bukit Putus on March 20.The teenager is the daughter of the elder brother and it is learnt that the murder victim was also related to the trio.
