BRITISH style icons, including designer Vivienne Westwood and model Lily Cole, have condemned throwaway fashion culture as London Fashion Week gets under way today. They have joined the Oxfam charity’s Second-Hand September campaign to encourage people to reuse, re-wear and recycle clothes.
