KUALA LUMPUR: Pakatan Harapan’s continued failure to derail Budget 2021 has been highlighted by Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong, who questioned why Opposition remained silence after allocations for the Agriculture and Food Industries Ministry were passed with a simple voice vote in Parliament.

The Transport Minister noted that Opposition MPs did not call for a bloc vote to pass allocations for the Agriculture and Food Industries Ministry in Parliament as they said they would, despite the presence of top leaders in the House on Wednesday .

“The moment it was passed and there were no bloc votes, Dr Mahathir and Mukhriz exited the House right away. I was perplexed seeing it. Is it yet another coincidence? Mohamad Sabu is also very quiet, there isn’t any shouting, ” the Ayer Hitam MP said in a Facebook post on Wednesday.
